Day means a 24-hour period ending at 11:59 p.m. Unless otherwise specified, a day refers to a calendar day. When a deadline mandated by this part is scheduled to fall on a day that is a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, the deadline will be adjusted to the next business day.
