South Atlantic

South Atlantic means the Atlantic Ocean off the Atlantic coastal states from the boundary between the MAFMC and the SAFMC, as specified in 600.105 of this chapter, to the line of demarcation between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, as specified in 600.105(c) of this chapter.
