The Act
The Act means the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Pub. L. 93112, as amended by the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1974, Pub. L. 93516, and Rehabilitation, Comprehensive Services, and Developmental Disabilities Amendments of 1978, Pub. L. 95602, 29 U.S.C. 794.
