Nonprofit organization

Nonprofit organization means an entity that is tax-exempt under section 501(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C.A. 501(c)(3)) and meets the qualification requirements prescribed by the Secretary for participation in a Single Family Sale.
