Association group.
Association group. An association group consists of all of the members, or any class or classes thereof within the meaning of paragraph (h)(2)(x) of this section, of an association that, at the time the master contract is issued
(A) Is organized and maintained for purposes other than obtaining insurance;
(B) Has been in active existence for at least two years (including, in the case of a merged or successor association, the years of active existence of any predecessor association); and
(C) Has at least 100 members.
