Mental Health Condition.
Mental Health Condition. The term Mental Health Condition shall mean a mental health condition described in paragraph (1)(A)(ii) or (3)(B) of section 3312(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300 mm22(a)), or any mental health condition certified under section 3312(b)(2)(B)(iii) of such Act (including such certification as applied under section 3322(a) (42 U.S.C. 300mm32(a) of such Act), or a mental health condition described in section 3322(b)(2) (42 U.S.C. 300mm32(b)(2)) of such Act, or any other mental health condition.
