Applicant
(2) Applicant means any person who has submitted to EPA (or to a predecessor agency with responsibility for administering the Act) a registration statement or application for registration under the Act of a pesticide or of an establishment. (3) Registrant means any person who has obtained registration under the Act of a pesticide or of an establishment.
