Executive Order minimum wage
Executive Order minimum wage means, for purposes of Executive Order 13658, a wage that is at least: (1) $10.10 per hour beginning January 1, 2015; and (2) Beginning January 1, 2016, and annually thereafter, an amount determined by the Secretary pursuant to section 2 of the Executive Order.
