Assistance

Assistance means providing educational and technical assistance to socially disadvantaged farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners in owning and operating farms, ranches, and non-industrial forest lands; and (2) in participating equitably in the full range of agricultural programs offered by the Department through workshops, site visits and other means of contact in a linguistically appropriate manner.
