Pool Plant
Pool Plant means a plant or unit of plants specified in paragraphs through (e) of this section, but excluding a plant specified in paragraph (g) of this section. The pooling standards described in paragraphs (c) and (d) of this section are subject to modification pursuant to paragraph (f) of this section.
