UVB valuation date
UVB valuation date of a plan means the plan's funding valuation date for the UVB valuation year, determined for a plan other than a CSEC plan in accordance with ERISA section 303(g)(2) and for a CSEC plan in accordance with ERISA section 306(c)(8)(B)(i) without regard to section 306(c)(8)(B)(ii).
