Benefit plan
Benefit plan means any employee benefit plan, contract, agreement or other arrangement subject to the requirements in 701.19 of this chapter; provided, however, that to the extent the plan exhibits characteristics of a deferred compensation plan or arrangement, or severance plan, it meets the criteria set forth in paragraph (b) or (h), respectively, of this section.
