Baseline volume

Baseline volume means the permitted capacity or, if permitted capacity cannot be determined, the actual peak capacity or nameplate capacity as applicable pursuant to 80.1450(1)(v)(A) through (C), of a specific renewable fuel production facility on a calendar year basis.
