Act means Title XXXIII of the Public Health Service Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 300mm through 300mm61 (codifying Title I of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010, Pub. L. 111347, as amended by Pub. L. 114113), which created the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program.
