Total resource effectiveness index value

Total resource effectiveness index value or TRE index value means a calculated value used to determine whether control is required for a process vent. It is based on process vent flow rate, emission rate of regulated material, net heating value, and corrosion properties (halogenated compound content), as quantified by the equations given under 65.64.
