(5) Home energy means a source of heating or cooling in residential dwellings. (6) Low-income households means federally eligible (federally qualified) households meeting the standards for LIHEAP income eligibility and/or LIHEAP categorical eligibility as set by section 2605(b)(2) of Public Law 97-35 (42 U.S.C. 8624(b)(2)). (7) Weatherization means low-cost residential weatherization and other energy-related home repair for low-income households. Weatherization must be directly related to home energy.
