Crop year
Crop year means: (1) For insurable crops, trees, and vines, the crop year as defined according to the applicable Federal crop insurance policy; (2) For NAP-eligible crops, the crop year as defined in 7 CFR 1437.3; and (3) For uninsurable trees, bushes, and vines, the calendar year in which the qualifying disaster event occurred.
