Equipment

Equipment (for the purposes of 82.25 only) means each pump, compressor, agitator, pressure relief device, sampling connection system, open-ended valve or line, valve, connector, and instrumentation system in controlled substance service for a process listed in 82.25(2); and any destruction units or closed-vent systems to which corresponding processes are vented.
