Manufacturer's suggested retail price(i) In general. Manufacturer's suggested retail price means the sum of the retail price and the retail delivered price (as defined in paragraphs (b)(29)(ii) and (iii) of this section) as reported on the label that is affixed to the windshield or side window of the vehicle, as described in 15 U.S.C. 1232.
