Sub-entity
Sub-entity is an entity's branch or division, another type of sub-element, a sub-contractor, subsidiary, or other subordinate or connected entity. Sub-entities fall under the definition of entity, but this part refers to them as sub-entities when necessary to distinguish such entities from prime contractor or parent entities.
