Financial Services means check-cashing, providing money orders and certified checks, automated teller machines, safe deposit boxes, new branches, and other comparable services as may be specified by the CDFI Fund in the applicable NOFA, that are provided by the Applicant to Eligible Residents who meet Low- and Moderate-Income requirements or enterprises that are Integrally Involved in the Distressed Community;
