Fund

Fund means, for the purposes of subparts C through G of this part, the U.S. Treasury's Limited Access System Administration Fund (LASAF) established by the Magnuson-Stevens Act, 16 U.S.C. 1855(5)(B), specifically the LASAF subaccounts associated with the PCGFMP cost recovery programs.
