Repaired

Repaired means, for the purposes of fugitive emissions components, that fugitive emissions components are adjusted, replaced, or otherwise altered, in order to eliminate fugitive emissions as defined in 60.5397a and resurveyed as specified in 60.5397a(4) and it is verified that emissions from the fugitive emissions components are below the applicable fugitive emissions definition.
