Low- and Moderate-Income

Low- and Moderate-Income means income that does not exceed 80 percent of the median income of the area involved, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, with adjustments for smaller and larger families pursuant to section 102(20) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5302(a)(20));
