Regulated financial company

Regulated financial company means:
(1) A depository institution holding company or designated company;
(2) A company included in the organization chart of a depository institution holding company on the Form FR Y-6, as listed in the hierarchy report of the depository institution holding company produced by the National Information Center (NIC) website, 3 provided that the top-tier depository institution holding company is subject to a minimum liquidity standard under 12 CFR part 249;
