Initial margin collection amount
Initial margin collection amount means:
(1) In the case of a covered swap entity that does not use an initial margin model, the amount of initial margin with respect to a non-cleared swap or non-cleared security-based swap that is required under appendix A of this subpart; and
(2) In the case of a covered swap entity that uses an initial margin model pursuant to ยง 349.8, the amount of initial margin with respect to a non-cleared swap or non-cleared security-based swap that is required under the initial margin model.
