Employee
Employee means a person who is employed (1) As a civilian in an Executive agency, as defined in section 105 of title 5, United States Code; (2) As a civilian in a military department, as defined in section 102 of title 5, United States Code; (3) In a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of an Executive agency or a military department; (4) In a unit of the judicial branch of the Government that has positions in the competitive service; or (5) In the Government Printing Office.
