Sanctuary area

Sanctuary area means that area in a primary enclosure for a swim-with-the-dolphin program that is off-limits to the public and that directly abuts the buffer area.

Scoping language

For the purposes of this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in this section.
