(5) Insulation resistance. Each insulated conductor in each length of completed cable, when measured with all other insulated conductors and the shield grounded, shall have an insulation resistance of not less than 152 megohm-kilometer (500 megohm-mile) at 201 C. The measurement shall be made in accordance with the procedures of ASTM D 4566-90.
