Service. Any business activity classified in any of the 13 NAICS services sectors (NAICS chapters 22 and 4849 through 81). For the shipment of goods, freight and insurance costs to the port of entry that are included in the price of the goods (in accordance with the specified Incoterms) are not considered services under this subpart.
