Point of waste treatment

Point of waste treatment means the point where a hazardous waste to be treated in accordance with 265.1083(2) of this subpart exits the treatment process. Any waste determination shall be made before the waste is conveyed, handled, or otherwise managed in a manner that allows the waste to volatilize to the atmosphere.
