Passenger vessel
Passenger vessel means (1) On an international voyage, a vessel of at least 100 tons gross tonnage carrying more than 12 passengers; and (2) On other than an international voyage, a vessel of at least 100 tons gross tonnage (i) Carrying more than 12 passengers, including at least one passenger-for-hire; or (ii) That is chartered and carrying more than 12 passengers; or (iii) That is a submersible vessel carrying at least one passenger-for-hire.
