Credible allegation of compliance
Credible allegation of compliance means a statement or documentation that (1) Is made by a representative of a laboratory that has a history of having maintained a commitment to compliance and of taking corrective action when required; (2) Is realistic in terms of its being possible to accomplish the required corrective action between the date of the exit conference and the date of the allegation; and (3) Indicates that the problem has been resolved.
