Fair hearing board
Fair hearing board means a committee, body, or group of persons established by a State prior to January 1, 1985, that
(i) Is authorized under State law to review determinations made by personnel of the designated State unit that affect the provision of vocational rehabilitation services; and
(ii) Carries out the responsibilities of the impartial hearing officer in accordance with the requirements in ยง 361.57(j).
