In benzene service

In benzene service means a piece of equipment, other than an exhauster, that either contains or contacts a fluid (liquid or gas) that is at least 10 percent benzene by weight or any exhauster that either contains or contacts a fluid (liquid or gas) at least 1 percent benzene by weight as determined by the provisions of 61.137. The provisions of 61.137(b) also specify how to determine that a piece of equipment is not in benzene service.
