Excepted monitoring system

Excepted monitoring system means a monitoring system that follows the procedures and requirements of 75.15 of this chapter, 75.19 of this chapter, 75.81 of this chapter or of appendix D, or E to part 75 for approved exceptions to the use of continuous emission monitoring systems.
