Attenuation block

Attenuation block means a block or stack of type 1100 aluminum alloy, or aluminum alloy having equivalent attenuation, with dimensions 20 centimeters or larger by 20 cm or larger by 3.8 cm, that is large enough to intercept the entire x-ray beam.
