Certified-eligible survivor
Certified-eligible survivor means an individual who has been identified as eligible for medical monitoring and treatment as of January 2, 2011; or (2) a screening-eligible survivor who is eligible for follow-up monitoring and treatment pursuant to 88.12(b).
