(o) Semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The term semiconductor manufacturing equipment means the highly engineered and specialized equipment used in the manufacturing of semiconductors as defined in paragraph (g) of this section and the subsystems that enable or are incorporated into the manufacturing equipment.
