Derivatives risk manager

Derivatives risk manager means an officer or officers of the fund's investment adviser responsible for administering the program and policies and procedures required by paragraph (1) of this section, provided that the derivatives risk manager:
(1) May not be a portfolio manager of the fund, or if multiple officers serve as derivatives risk manager, may not have a majority composed of portfolio managers of the fund; and
(2) Must have relevant experience regarding the management of derivatives risk.
