Grant

Grant means an award of financial assistance making payment in cash, property, or in kind for a specified purpose, by the Federal Government to an eligible grantee.

Scoping language

Cap means the maximum dollar amount that may be provided to a grantee for management cost funds for a single declaration pursuant to 207.5 of this part.
