Tariff number

Tariff number means a unique 3-digit number assigned by the publisher to distinguish it from other tariffs. Tariffs may be identified by the 6-digit organization number plus the user-assigned tariff number (e.g., 999999001) or a Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) plus the user-assigned tariff number.
