Inherently Low-Emission Vehicle

Inherently Low-Emission Vehicle means any LDV or LDT conforming to the applicable Inherently Low-Emission Vehicle standard, or any HDV with an engine conforming to the applicable Inherently Low-Emission Vehicle standard. No dual-fuel or flexible-fuel vehicles shall be considered Inherently Low-Emission Vehicles unless they are certified to the applicable standard on all fuel types for which they are designed to operate.
