Act

Act means the provisions entitled Foreign Military Sales Debt Reform, of Title III, entitled Military Assistance, of an act entitled Foreign Operations, Export Financing and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 1988 (Pub. L. 100-202), enacted December 22, 1987.
