Finding. Based, in part, on a review of several months of its meetings, as well as the legislative history of the Sunshine Act, the Commission finds that a majority of its meetings may properly be closed to the public pursuant to 200.402(a) (4), (8), (9)(i), or (10), or any combination thereof.
