Undertaking
Undertaking means any new or continuing projects or program activities supported in whole or in part through FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103354 contracts, grants, subsidies, loans, or other forms of funding assistance. This does not include any actual construction by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103354.
