Stand-alone semichemical pulp mill
Stand-alone semichemical pulp mill means any stationary source that produces pulp from wood by partially digesting wood chips in a chemical solution followed by mechanical defibrating , and has an onsite chemical recovery process that is not integrated with a kraft pulp mill.
