Elastomer
Elastomer means any polymer having a glass transition temperature lower than 10 C, or a glass transition temperature between 10 C and 25 C that is capable of undergoing deformation of several hundred percent and recovering essentially when the stress is removed. For the purposes of this subpart, resins are not considered to be elastomers.
