Children with disabilities. Children, ages 3 through 21, inclusive, who are entitled to enroll, or are enrolled, in a DoD school in accordance with 20 U.S.C. 921932 and 10 U.S.C. 2164, have not graduated from high school or completed the General Education Degree, have one or more disabilities in accordance with section 1401 of the IDEA, and need and qualify for special education and related services.
