Statutory Testing

Statutory Testing means the testing of an eligible prescription drug as required by section 804(1)(J) and (L) and section 804(e) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, including for authenticity, for degradation, and to ensure that the prescription drug is in compliance with established specifications and standards.
